TruCom, LLC has partnered with Hane Solutions software company to implement an agent quoting tool that tracks all the leads generated from our outside agent program. This new software tool allows the agent to follow the quote, install, billing, and support of their clients every step of the way. This new quoting tool has streamlined new install times and has kept the agent, client, PBX vendor, and TruCom integrated into one online platform for tracking everything involved with new customer installs and conversions.
